Name||Madelline [Maddie] Jordanne Winters.
Age||Sixteen.
Gender||Female.
Clique||The Strange.
Personality||
Just ever so slightly w e i r d
Often times, she's a rather wild person, not backing down from any challenge thrown at her. She can sometimes be considered slightly weird, with her clothing style and different ways. She laughs way too much and often makes weird faces for her photos instead of smiling. She's a really, and will probably be one of the best friends you've ever had. She's the type to drag you along to go bungee jumping or something. She's also just a bit of a party girl, which is probably a bad habit to start when you're only sixteen, but Maddie's whole life is a bad habit, so why not throw that in?
Yes, Maddie may be slightly weird, but she's incredibly fun nonetheless. In her eyes, laughter can make all your problems go away. She doesn't care what anyone thinks of her, so she hardly ever thinks before she speaks. She can liven up a party or cheer up a friend, even when she's not happy herself, by just being herself.
Outgoingly I n d e p e n d e n t
Maddie loves to talk, and can start up a conversation with just about anyone. Even though she's far from popular, she's still quite the social butterfly. Some may even consider her slightly bubbly with her non-stop laughter and talking.
But she's still independent, and even though she talks to everyone, she still has a hard time trusting people. You have to be one of her closet friends for Maddie to ever turn to you for advice, or for her to share her secrets. She grew up independent, and has stuck that way, even though she's a little more open. Her lack of depression expression is most likely what often causes her little 'breakdowns'.
Just a tad e m o
Underneath it all, Maddie is actually a rather depressed person. She most likely does the things she does to cover up the real her. The only people that know of her depression are her closet friends. She's been known to break down a few times, which is probably a result of 'bottling up her emotions' as her mother says. Secretly everything that people see Maddie as is a lie. She only pretends to be a fun and wild person to cover up her scars. But she has to find some way right? And she did.
Completely U n d e f i n e d
Maddie is frustratingly difficult to get to know, since she never answers a question directly, and she's practically unreadable. Therefore, unless your her best friend, there's always more to find out about her. Nobody will ever quite fully understand Madelline Winters.

Madeline Jordanne Morgans was born on Halloween, the first and to-be only child of her two parents. The beginning of her years were sort of smooth, although it had its bumps, but things didn't really fall apart for her until the age of twelve. Maddie hardly ever saw her mother however, she being too caught up in her job. They never developed a connection, seeing as a child, Maddie felt slightly neglected. Her father was a sick man, in the hospital in and out so much, they ordered a private nurse so her could stay at home and be sick. That knocked her dad off her connection list too. Really, the only person that actually was there for Maddie, was the nurse herself, Desirae. Maddie spent her days, being her own independent self, hardly ever talking to anyone, at all.
Two days after Maddie turned twelve, she was sitting in her English class, waiting for time to tick away when she was called down to the office. Unsurprsingly, she was confused. She had done nothing wrong. But she wished she had. She was sent to the hospital, to see her dying father, who had been sent their earlier that day when is health dropped drastically more than it already had. That was the day that complete devastated Madeline. She remembered seeing her father, in his hospital bed, lying in a sleep that'd never seize. Since that day, she always hated everything about hospitals; the smiling nurses, bright lighting, linoleum floors, and stiff white beds. The image of her dad was actually burned so badly in her mind, she developed a case of something towards insomnia, for everytime she'd sleep she'd see the image, which was like a reoccuring nightmare. It would wake her up, and she wouldn't go back to sleep again.
Her grades began to drop, seeing as she wasn't getting any sleep. Her mother sent her to a therapist and everything, nothing worked. She was practically a hopeless case. When she was fourteen, her mother remarried again to a rather wealthy man, and Madeline Jordanne Morgans was legally changed to Madeline Jordanne Winters, despite her protests. She wanted to keep her dad's name, and pretty much wanted nothing to do with this man. Maddie hated him, for no reason in particular. He was a nice man for the most part, even though he had a temper. Maybe she was being a tad dramatic, but you couldn't blame the kid.
Maddie volunteered herself to go to camp, even though she didn't really want to, to get out of the house. The more time away from home the better. She was destined to wreck havoc from the start, however.
